A former celebrated media personality, he transitioned to healthcare advocacy as the founding Chairman of Patients for Patient Safety Malaysia. In this role, he has spent over six years advising healthcare organizations on effectively integrating patient perspectives into their operations. Manvir serves on the Malaysia National Patient Safety Council and holds an international presence as a board member of the WHO Global Advisory Group on Patient and Family Communications. Additionally, he contributes to global discussions on healthcare through his role on the British Medical Journal’s Patient Advocacy Panel. As the host and producer of the podcast "Healthcare Simplified with Manvir Victor," heard in over 15 countries, he advocates for healthcare providers to prioritize patient engagement, improve systems, and adopt innovative technologies to enhance care delivery.
